I’m a researcher that works with non-profits and social impact organizations to explore the issues impacting their communities and identify practical ways forward.

My work has included dozens of projects focused on qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge translation, with a particular emphasis on Indigenous economies. More broadly, I work on issues related to economic participation, skills development, and social entrepreneurship. I’ve interviewed hundreds of professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs across Canada about leadership strategies, access to resources, and navigating systemic barriers, and I bring that perspective into every project.

I value mentorship and capacity in my work. I wouldn’t be where I am today without support from others, so when possible I work collaboratively with clients and their teams so they can learn research skills during the process.

I take the same care in how participants are engaged. Research is only possible because people offer their time, knowledge, and experiences, so I prioritize fair honoraria, clear ethics processes, and privacy protections in every project.

I can lead projects from start to finish, or jump in mid-way to help move things forward.
